Terms And Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Services. Your access and/or use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and Rif transportation. (as so agreed, the “Agreement”).

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE SERVICES OR ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED IN OR ON THE SERVICES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF, AND AGREEMENT, TO EACH OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you and Rif Transportation LLC. Rif Transportation LLC may terminate these terms or any services with respect to you, or generally, cease offering or deny access to the services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.

 

                                                                          What is the Cancellation policy?

 

 

Rif transportation Rides cancelation policy is as follows

any Cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time will not be refunded.

non-refundable Cancellations: any reservation made within 24 hours; Cancellations made within one day of the reservation are non-refundable.  

Hourly reservations:   for hourly cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours prior to pick up.

Ground & Airport: Cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time will not be refunded.

Events: Cancellations within 24 hours of your pickup time will not receive a refund.

Passenger No Show: passenger no show no refund will be issued. This also includes missed flights and missed rides.

Ground Pickup

 You are allowed a 15-minute grace period at no charge, after which time the driver    will attempt to contact you. If you are running late, please contact your driver and/or our Client Care Team at 667-441-0200. Your ride will be considered a ‘no show’ if we don’t hear from you 15 minutes after your grace period has ended. You may be charged with waiting time and other applicable charges

Airport Arrival

Since flights often don’t arrive on time, we ask for your flight information during booking so that the driver can track your flight and you can avoid waiting time charges. Our grace period at the airport for Domestic Flights is 45 minutes and for International Flights is 60 minutes from plane arrival time. Please set your pick-up time to reflect the plane arrival time. Your ride will be considered a ‘no show’ if we don’t hear from you 15 minutes after your grace period has ended.

Rate Estimate

Rates prior to service are only an initial estimate of the cost of services reserved. Wait time and/or additional services may change the final price.

Exchange Rate

Any quoted rate is based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of booking. The final bill will be calculated on the exchange rate in effect at the time of billing.

Child Safety Seats

For safety reasons of providing age and weight appropriate equipment, RIF TRANSPORTATION LLC™ does not provide child safety or booster seats. However, customers may provide and install their own child safety or booster seats.

Lost or Misplaced Items

Please note that RIF TRANSPOTRTATION LLC ™ assumes no liability for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other items left in any vehicle.

Additional Charges

Tolls, parking, phone usage, STC (as defined below), airport fees and other surcharges not included in the estimate may also apply to the final price.
